Crazy Asian lady
The crazy tatooed Asian lady was back at it again today. Try to picture this:
Decline bench press
Her ankles are top of the barbell
Her hands are on the rollers where you usually hook your feet/ankles when doing decline presses
She's doing bench presses
So basically, her body is parallel to the floor, her hands and feet are at the same level, and she's doing bench presses. She's basically doing a simple floor press, but in a very complicated, and dangerous position. To top it off, she's occupying a bench. WTF? Where does this retarded woman (yes, I said it...retard) come up with this shit?
